Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Chemical Laboratory Assistant / Chemical Technical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will prepare, independently execute, document, and evaluate experiments. You will also support the operation of laboratory and pilot plant facilities, independently produce powders and dispersions, and analyze and characterize manufactured materials. Your responsibilities will include developing new testing methods and creating/maintaining testing, work, and operating instructions. Additionally, you will fabricate electrode materials and coin/pouch cells, characterizing them electrochemically. The ideal candidate possesses a vocational training in chemistry or a related field, professional laboratory experience, strong self-motivation, a structured and independent work style, technical understanding, manual dexterity, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
