Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the safe and economical operation of auxiliary facilities, specifically water and wastewater treatment, and media supply, while maintaining quality, cost, and availability standards. You will implement and oversee maintenance strategies for production and auxiliary plants in the DRI/SAF (Direct Reduced Iron / Sinter Plant) facilities. Key responsibilities include coordinating major repairs and investment projects, leading and developing assigned personnel, and ensuring compliance with operational, legal, safety, and environmental regulations. During the planning, construction, and commissioning of the direct reduction plant, you will work in interdisciplinary project teams. The position requires a technical vocational qualification plus further training as an Industrial Master or Technician, with solid experience in structured project work and mechanical maintenance in a hazardous operation environment. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and a strategic, team-oriented work approach are essential.

Experience
- Professional experience in mechanical maintenance of a hazardous operation
- Experience in structured and goal-oriented project work
- Ideally, complementary knowledge or interest in cooling circuit water treatment and media pipeline operation
