Job Summary

Join Motherson Technology Services (MTS) as an End User Service Specialist in Bötzingen. This full-time, permanent role involves managing incoming requests via a ticketing system, providing 1st Level Support to internal colleagues and users, and assisting with 2nd/3rd Level Support through initial error analysis. You will be responsible for device management (PCs, tablets, smartphones, printers) and application deployment using software distribution tools.
