Job Summary

Join Airbus Defence and Space as a Junior AIT Engineer for the Galileo program in Immenstaad. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing functional tests for satellite programs, supporting test specification reviews, and assisting in the creation and execution of test procedures. You will also contribute to electrical integration activities, analyze and evaluate test data, and document test results. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in satellite AIT within a leading aerospace company. The role requires a degree in Computer Engineering or Aerospace, professional experience in satellite AIT, and proficiency in Unix and MS Office. Knowledge of TM/TC, ECSS standards, and encryption is advantageous.

Degree in Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in functional satellite AIT
  • Experience with Unix and MS Office
  • Experience with encryption of satellite communication links is desirable
  • Experience with TM/TC (PUS) of satellites/instruments and knowledge of ECSS standards is advantageous
