Job Summary

As a Project Manager in Facility Management with a focus on Electrical Engineering, you will be responsible for the organizational, technical, economic, and timeline aspects of construction projects, particularly in electrical and MSR (Measurement, Control, and Regulation) technology. Your role involves coordinating external companies, ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety standards, and planning project structures between Airbus, specialist planners, architects, and project controllers. You will lead projects concerning organization, quality, technology, costs, and deadlines, manage project teams, and oversee the creation and review of planning documents and tender specifications. This position requires strong knowledge in project management, risk management, and energy-efficient building optimization, along with proficiency in MS Project, SAP, and AutoCAD. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading companies in the aviation and aerospace industry at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or Building Technology, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering/electronics, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and IT/information systems.
  • Professional experience in occupational safety and facility management.
  • Good knowledge in Change Management, Project Management, Process Management, Risk Management, and Total Quality Management.
  • Very good knowledge in energy-efficient building optimization and renovation.

  • Willingness to travel (once per month) within Germany (Northern Germany).
