Job Summary
We are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in Test Systems for our client HENSOLDT, a leading global provider of premium sensors for security and surveillance missions. In this role, you will be responsible for the design of electrical connection components, wiring assemblies, and cables, considering both electrical and economic factors. Your duties will include documenting development results with drawings, schematics, parts lists, and delivery specifications, as well as defining components, materials, and manufacturing processes. You will also participate in technical reviews, review drawing sets, and provide support during manufacturing and integration. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or qualification as a state-certified technician, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in design, technology, and process standards
- Experience with international/national standards and regulations (MIL, VDE)
- Experience with specific standards for connectors and cables
- Experience with MS Office and SAP
- Experience with SAP ERP & PLM is desirable
- Experience with E-CAD tools is advantageous
