Job Summary

Join Airbus as a Project Management Business Partner focused on electrical transformation in Hamburg-Finkenwerder. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective deployment of methods and tools for risk and opportunity management, schedule adherence, and other project management disciplines, adhering to Digital Design, Manufacturing and Services (DDMS) standards. You will implement and monitor project management standards, methods, and tools, including Earned Value Management, to ensure project deliverables and proactively identify divergences. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, coordinating diverse teams, managing interfaces, and performing risk and opportunity analysis. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or International Management, coupled with experience in IT/Information Systems, Aerospace, and Project Management. Strong skills in Risk and Change Management, Google Workspace, and fluent English and German are required.
