Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Test Development Laboratory Specialist to contribute to exciting projects within the Pharma and Life Science sectors. The specialist will be responsible for independently developing manufacturing processes using specialized equipment and methodologies, optimizing formulations for clinical test systems, and innovating new formulation systems through collaboration with raw material manufacturers. Key responsibilities also include commissioning, operating, and maintaining laboratory equipment, as well as thoroughly documenting and statistically evaluating experimental results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in chemistry, immunochemistry, biology, or medical technology, coupled with significant laboratory experience and proficiency in dry chemistry development. This position offers an opportunity to work with human materials and requires a strong commitment to quality and precise documentation.
