Job Summary
This role involves supporting the digitization efforts within a public administration, focusing on the implementation and management of a Document Management System (DMS) and enhancing IT security. You will be responsible for application support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation related to the DMS. Key tasks include onboarding new administrative areas to the DMS, analyzing processes for digitization potential, and setting up DMS interfaces. Additionally, you will contribute to IT security by creating documentation, developing guidelines, and assisting with the implementation of security measures based on BSI-Grundschutz. The position requires strong IT skills, a willingness to learn administrative processes, and the ability to understand user needs and legal frameworks. Success in this role demands analytical thinking, independence, excellent communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and teamwork. Experience in project work is advantageous.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker/in) or demonstrably acquired broad EDP knowledge through full-time employment.
