Job Summary

ibidi is seeking a dynamic Manager for Partner Sales, focusing on the APAC and Middle East regions. In this full-time role, based in Gräfelfing (near Munich) with the option for remote work within Germany, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing sustainable customer relationships and driving sales success. Your responsibilities will include managing and developing distributors, shaping sales plans and go-to-market strategies, analyzing sales figures, identifying market trends, and expanding the international partner network. You will also build long-term relationships with partners and customers through personal interactions, product training, and contract negotiations. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry, or equivalent education with experience in cell biology/microscopy, combined with sales or partner management experience.

Education

Completed degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or equivalent education with professional experience in cell biology and/or microscopy.

Experience

  • Professional experience in sales or partner management
  • Experience in cell biology and/or microscopy
  • Experience in managing distributors in the APAC & Middle East region is a plus
  • Experience in developing sales plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Experience in analyzing sales figures and market trends
