Job Summary
Join a new, agile team as a Process Automation Specialist and actively shape the future of our automation landscape. In this role, you will identify and prioritize automation opportunities, implement and roll out a Process Engine focused on member and customer inquiries, and design/optimize automatable processes from conception to continuous improvement. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product specialists, business analysts, and operations, contributing to the automation strategy. This position offers significant creative freedom for individuals passionate about transforming processes, not just managing them. Key requirements include a degree in Business Informatics, Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, strong German language skills, and experience with automation platforms, process management, and low/no-code tools.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Informatics, Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in the operation and further development of automation platforms
- Solid understanding of process management, analysis, and automation
- Experience with Low/No-Code tools and BPMN 2.0
- Ideally, experience with RPA technologies
- Programming knowledge (Python, SQL, or Java) is desirable
- Experience in steering internal IT units
- Experience at the interface between business departments and IT
