This role involves the technical and organizational leadership of an electrical team, overseeing planning, coordination, and execution of electrical projects in plant and machinery environments. Responsibilities include installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting of electrical systems, and ensuring safety and quality standards. The initial 1-2 years will focus on field assembly and commissioning work, with a rotation of 2 weeks on-site followed by 1 week at home.
