In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of multifunctional copier and printer systems across North Rhine-Westphalia. You will also handle network integration, provide user training, and offer remote hotline support. The ideal candidate has a completed vocational training in Information Electronics for Office Systems or equivalent practical experience, along with solid IT skills and knowledge of copier/printer/MFP systems. Experience
- Professional experience in servicing multifunctional copier and printer systems
- Experience with network integration of office systems
- Experience in user training for new systems
- Experience with hotline support (remote access)
- Experience with Konica Minolta / Develop systems is a plus, or similar manufacturers
- Driving license Class B
