Job Summary
This role involves managing and optimizing digitized business processes within the IT Department, focusing on the implementation and enhancement of internal systems like the document management system (komXwork). You will lead digitalization projects such as e-invoicing, electronic record-keeping, and e-government initiatives. The position also supports IT operations for digitized workplaces. Ideal candidates possess a relevant university degree (e.g., Computer Science, Media Informatics, Administrative Informatics) or a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Application Development, System Integration, IT System Management). Experience with external service providers, application configuration, software distribution, and packaging is preferred. Familiarity with AKDB programs, Microsoft SQL Management Studio, and Microsoft Windows Server is advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position within the public service sector, offering competitive compensation and benefits.

- Experience in leading digitalization projects
- Experience in supporting IT operations for digitized workplaces

- Ideally, several years of experience in software distribution and packaging
