As a Compensation Specialist, you will be the backbone of our payroll operations, ensuring accurate salary and wage processing for all employees. Your day-to-day will involve managing the entire employee lifecycle from entry to exit, with a strong focus on payroll administration. You will serve as the primary point of contact for managers and employees regarding compensation and time management systems, handling inquiries and providing expert advice. Key responsibilities include account reconciliations, supporting year-end closing, and preparing official statements and reports for tax authorities and health insurance providers.
