Job Summary
This role focuses on ensuring the operational functionality of automated machinery and systems used in the production of medical laboratory articles. The technician will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical issues in complex manufacturing systems, including those involving injection molding, laser technology, printing, and robotics. Key duties involve performing planned maintenance, participating in the planning and optimization of new equipment, and technically developing existing systems with a focus on efficiency and quality. The position also includes supporting the selection and implementation of new manufacturing technologies, such as human-machine robot systems, and meticulously documenting all maintenance activities. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical training, e.g., as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Plant Engineering, Industrial Mechanic, or in a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of automated production facilities
- Experience with special machinery or automated manufacturing plants is ideal
- Experience in Pneumatics
