Job Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Electrician for a full-time, permanent position within the plastics industry in Weeze. This role involves the crucial tasks of maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting production machinery and electrical systems. You will perform preventative maintenance, assist with plant modifications, and ensure all electrical systems comply with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a completed apprenticeship in a relevant electrical or mechatronics field and experience in industrial maintenance. Knowledge of PLC controls is beneficial. This is an attractive opportunity with good prospects for permanent employment at the client company.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician for Plant Engineering, Industrial Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in industrial maintenance desirable
- Experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production facilities and machinery
- Experience analyzing and resolving faults in electrical and electronic systems
- Experience performing preventative maintenance measures
- Experience supporting modifications and optimizations of production facilities
- Experience testing electrical systems according to applicable regulations
- Experience documenting maintenance and repair work
