Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide 2nd-level technical support to clients in Berlin. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for IT-related issues, handling tickets, and assisting users via phone, in person, and remotely. You will troubleshoot problems, escalate complex issues to specialists, and meticulously document solutions in the ticketing system and knowledge base. The ideal candidate possesses strong IT knowledge, particularly with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and IT hardware, along with experience in ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow), Intune, and smartphone configuration. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as is a passion for IT and a willingness to learn.

Completed vocational training in the IT sector or equivalent IT experience for career changers.
