Job Summary
We are seeking a Document Management and Process Digitization Specialist to join our Digitalization department. In this role, you will be responsible for the support, development, and administration of our Document Management System (DMS), including user consultation and troubleshooting. You will also plan and conduct DMS implementations, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing events. A key part of your work will involve analyzing administrative processes, identifying optimization opportunities through digital technologies, and implementing digitization projects with automation tools. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Informatics, Process Management, E-Government, or a related field, along with experience in DMS administration and business process optimization. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Bachelor, Diplom, or Master) in Informatics, Administrative Informatics, Process Management, E-Government, Digitization, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Experience in DMS administration (preferred)
- Experience in business process optimization (preferred)
- Experience with automation tools (preferred)
- Professional experience in digitization projects
- Experience in user consultation and problem-solving for IT systems
