Job Summary
Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund seeks a Commercial Director for its Reha-Zentrum Bayerisch Gmain, a rehabilitation center specializing in cardiovascular, digestive, and oncological conditions. In this leadership role, you will co-manage the center with the Medical Director, holding personnel and departmental responsibility. Your duties include representing the organization, supporting change processes, and overseeing administrative, technical, kitchen, and housekeeping departments. You will also manage personnel development and occupational health management. The position requires a Master's degree in Economics or a comparable field, or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience, or a law degree with equivalent economic expertise. Significant professional experience in rehabilitation or clinic management, including leadership and labor law, is essential. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and SAP ERP HCM is also required.
