Job Summary
Join the Gesundheitskasse as a Care Consultant, a vital role within the health insurance sector. You will provide expert advice and information to insured individuals, fulfilling duties as per § 7c SGB XI. Your responsibilities include offering independent and comprehensive counseling according to § 7a SGB XI, acting in a case management capacity. You will also contribute to the planning, assurance, and development of care and social service structures, collaborating with external partners and participating in quality assurance initiatives. This position requires a strong background in social insurance, nursing, or geriatrics, ideally with a specific qualification as a Care Consultant. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Social Insurance Specialist, Registered Nurse, or Geriatric Nurse, OR a Bachelor's degree in Social Pedagogy or Social Work, along with the further qualification as a Care Consultant according to § 7a SGB XI.
Experience
- Professional experience in social insurance, healthcare, or geriatric care.
- Experience in consulting and providing information as per § 7c SGB XI.
- Experience in independent and comprehensive counseling as per § 7a SGB XI.
- Experience in planning and developing care and social service structures.
- Experience in cooperating with external organizations and participating in projects/working groups.

- The employer will support and fund the necessary further training to achieve the Care Consultant qualification (Pflegeberater/-in nach § 7a SGB XI) if not already held. Preference given to severely disabled individuals with equal qualifications.
