Job Summary

QIAGEN is seeking a Senior Manager to lead payroll operations for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This key role involves managing the entire payroll process, driving automation and process improvements, and serving as a strategic partner to HR, Finance, and international stakeholders. You will ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll execution, handle complex payroll scenarios, and oversee reporting and audits. The position requires strong leadership to develop the payroll team and enhance the payroll landscape within a global, dynamic environment. Ideal candidates possess a business or law degree, extensive payroll experience with leadership, deep knowledge of German tax and social security law, and proficiency in SAP HCM and Excel.
