Job Summary
This role is for a skilled Application and Customer Support Technician who will be responsible for delivering professional, customer-centric services. Day-to-day tasks involve addressing customer issues and requests, performing adjustments and calibrations of measuring devices using reference equipment, and supporting various internal departments such as commissioning, development, team leadership, and sales. A key part of the role is providing technical assistance for complex service offers and meticulously documenting all on-site activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a confident and friendly demeanor, and be prepared for significant national and international travel.
