Job Summary
As a Senior SAP Developer, you will take technical responsibility for complex customer solutions based on ABAP, S/4HANA, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You will implement Clean Core and Clean Code principles, establish team standards, and integrate new technologies like SAP Business AI and other AI solutions. Your daily tasks include developing, extending, and maintaining SAP applications, creating unit tests, and building modern extensions in S/4HANA and SAP BTP, including Fiori/UI5 frontends. You will also collaborate with functional consultants and architects in agile teams, advise on architecture and interfaces, and contribute to development guidelines and code reviews, mentoring junior colleagues. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, (Business) Mathematics, (Business) Engineering, Economics, or a qualification as a Fachinformatiker or Informatikkaufmann.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ABAP / ABAP OO development
- Good knowledge of S/4HANA (CDS, RAP, AMDP) and Unit Testing
- Experience with SAP BTP, ideally with CAP, Fiori/UI5, Node.js/JavaScript
- Basic understanding or initial experience with Neptune DXP is a plus
- Knowledge of agile software development
