Job Summary
This role involves providing essential administrative and communication support within the Digitization Staff Unit of the City of Eutin. You will serve as the primary point of contact for citizen inquiries via the telephone center and handle internal requests from colleagues. Key responsibilities include managing office supplies, processing mail (both physical and digital), administering work equipment like company cars and event equipment, and maintaining internal communication channels such as the official mailbox, phone directory, and online publications on the city's homepage. The position also requires participation in training sessions and team meetings, both online and in person. This is a part-time, temporary position (25 hours/week) to cover parental leave, offering a structured work environment within a dynamic municipal administration.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an administrative specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte) or equivalent qualifications and experience from a completed commercial apprenticeship.

- Professional experience in a customer-facing role, such as a telephone operator or service desk
