Job Summary

Join an established marketing agency in Passau as an IT System Administrator/Specialist. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and configuring software systems, including SaaS applications. Your daily tasks will involve installing standard software, documenting and conceptualizing digital business processes, planning and implementing new IT solutions, connecting standard solutions via interfaces, developing automations, training users, and troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate has a technical or commercial education (e.g., IT System Administrator, IT Specialist, or similar), a quick grasp of concepts, strong discipline, excellent teamwork, and communication skills. A solid understanding of German (spoken and written) is essential for this position.
