Job Summary

This role focuses on providing expert consultation in educational development and participation, particularly for individuals with intellectual disabilities. You will conduct emotional development diagnostics (SEO/SEED), interpret findings, and guide teams in implementing pedagogical measures and interventions. Your responsibilities include supporting the integration of diagnostic results into individual support plans, contributing to reporting for individual services, and evaluating your consultation work to drive service development. The ideal candidate possesses a degree or vocational training in special education, social work, social pedagogy, pedagogy, or psychology, coupled with experience in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Familiarity with SEO/SEED diagnostics or a willingness to learn is essential, alongside strong training, moderation, communication, and sensitivity skills.
