Job Summary

We are seeking a Tax Advisor with leadership responsibility to join our team in Melle and Bad Essen, Germany. In this role, you will lead a team of 10-14 individuals, taking both technical and organizational charge of a high-performing location. Your day-to-day will involve representing clients before tax authorities, reviewing accounting and financial statements, and providing strategic advice on complex tax matters like annual accounts, tax planning, and business succession. You will also play a key role in process optimization, driving digitalization, and collaborating with other company locations. This position offers the opportunity to implement your own ideas, shape local development, and contribute to the overall growth of PKF WMS. The ideal candidate is a qualified Tax Advisor with proven leadership experience, capable of fostering individual strengths within their team and making strategic decisions for clients.
