Job Summary
voestalpine Railway Systems is seeking a Production Manager to lead and develop their production department, encompassing serial production, repair, work preparation, and testing, including control cabinet manufacturing. This role involves the professional and disciplinary leadership of 30 employees, budget oversight, and ensuring cost adherence. You will coordinate and optimize production workflows, support product launches, and act as a key interface with international sites and internal departments to enhance collaboration and efficiency. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical degree with a focus on Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, or an electronics apprenticeship with relevant further training, or comparable extensive professional experience in a production environment.
