Job Summary
Single Quantum, a leader in superconducting nanowire single-photon detectors, is expanding its R&D hub in Stuttgart and seeks an Electrical Engineer to design cryogenic RF circuits for next-generation ultrasensitive light detectors. You will research and develop novel analog and mixed-signal cryogenic electronic circuits, encompassing conceptual design, simulation, PCB layout, and testing at cryogenic temperatures. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a world-class team and leading research groups globally, pushing the boundaries of photon detection technology. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, expertise in practical RF electronics up to the GHz range, a deep understanding of analog electronics and noise, and holds a PhD or MSc in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
