Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead for IT Infrastructure to architect and manage our global IT landscape, encompassing both on-premise and cloud (Azure) environments. This role involves developing and implementing the IT infrastructure strategy, defining modern architecture standards focused on scalability and security, and overseeing the design, build, and operation of our WAN, LAN, and WiFi networks. You will lead and inspire a global IT infrastructure team, driving a transition towards a cloud mindset. Key responsibilities include managing Azure environments for efficiency and cost control, modernizing virtualization, migrating Active Directory to Entra, and enhancing security architecture. The ideal candidate will possess a hands-on mentality, a passion for innovation, and strong analytical and teamwork skills.

Education
Completed IT degree or comparable vocational training
Experience
- Professional experience in IT infrastructure management
- Leadership experience or project management experience in an IT environment
- In-depth knowledge of Azure and on-premise infrastructure
- Experience in building, migrating, and operating modern Azure environments
- Experience working in an international environment with a focus on IT services for production
