Job Summary
Join ELE Group as an IT Systems Integration Specialist to support internal customers with their software and hardware needs. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for support requests, handling them through first and second-level support via phone, email, and remote assistance. You will manage the ticketing system, document and track issues, and organize user workstations, including repairs and maintenance. Additionally, you'll be responsible for installing and configuring PCs and mobile devices, providing on-site technical assistance when needed. The ideal candidate has completed an IT training as a Systems Integration Specialist or equivalent, possesses experience in an IT Service Desk environment, and is proficient in the Microsoft ecosystem. Strong communication skills and fluent German are essential for this client-facing role.
