Job Summary
Join a passionate team dedicated to improving human health at Charles River in Erkrath. This role focuses on performing and ensuring cell-based bioassays within a GMP environment. You will conduct routine testing, support scientists with study planning and execution, and contribute to GMP documentation like SOPs and deviations. Key responsibilities include documenting analysis results, supporting technical staff, maintaining the GMP system, and managing lab equipment. You'll also perform lab work with cell cultures and viruses (Risk Group S1 and S2). Required Skills
Education
Completed training as BTA / Biological Laboratory Technician (m/f/d) or similar, OR a natural science degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Biology, Biochemistry, or similar.
Experience
- Practical laboratory experience in cell biology / cell culture, bioassays, immunology, or regulated laboratory processes.
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Professional experience in performing and documenting bioassays.
