Job Summary

As an IT Application Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of specialized applications for clients. This involves comprehensive lifecycle management, including testing, release management (upgrades/updates), change management, and problem resolution. A key part of the role is providing dedicated support to users and key departments, acting as a 2nd-level support, analyzing disruptions, and proposing effective solutions. You will also maintain continuous communication with the security team to ensure certificate and Identity and Access Management (IAM) compliance.
