Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician specializing in Product Support, you will be responsible for the technical support of advanced defense and drone systems directly at customer sites. Your day-to-day activities will involve ensuring the reliable operation of missile launchers, combat modules, and drone platforms through commissioning, maintenance, functional testing, and final system acceptance. You will work on innovative high-tech solutions in electronic warfare, air and missile defense, and advanced launch systems. This role requires you to be self-sufficient and travel across Germany, contributing directly to product development with your technical expertise. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components, conducting system acceptance, planning service deployments, training users, and providing technical feedback for product enhancement.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical training in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanics, preferably with additional qualifications.

Experience

  • Professional experience in field service or technical support roles.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical components.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating service deployments.
  • Experience in conducting customer and user training.
  • Experience with technical documentation and ERP systems.
