Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Junior IT Support and Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will provide first-level IT support, acting as the primary point of contact for apprentices, teachers, and employees regarding IT systems. Your responsibilities include managing apprentices' tablets, user accounts, and permissions, as well as supporting the implementation of a new training system and the development of the IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification, possess strong customer service skills, and have experience with Microsoft environments (Office, Teams, Azure, Intune), server administration, software deployment, network management, and SQL database administration.
