Job Summary
This role is for a Project Coordinator with budget responsibility, focusing on building and implementing an inclusive community project called 'ZusammenLeben: Inklusives Begegnen in den Erlenhöfen' in Jena Ost. You will be responsible for the setup, management, and further development of the project, including conceptualizing and organizing inclusive events, networking with local partners, and engaging participants and volunteers. The position involves budget management, documentation, and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a background in education, social work, or a related field, with a preference for experience in project management and/or working with individuals with disabilities. This is a part-time position (20-30 hours/week) with a fixed term until May 31, 2029, offering significant creative freedom to shape an innovative social project.

Completed vocational training or university degree in pedagogical, social, or comparable field.
