Job Summary
Join SIEB & MEYER, an internationally successful company specializing in drive and control technology, as a Quality Management Engineer in Lüneburg. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be instrumental in enhancing operational quality standards and systems throughout the entire product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include conducting root cause analyses, evaluating technical defects in collaboration with development, production, and service teams, and managing supplier and customer complaint processes to prevent recurring issues. You will also analyze quality metrics, derive optimization measures, support production in quality assurance, and assist with internal and external audits and employee training. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a technical background and a passion for quality improvement.
Required Skills
Education
Technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or technical vocational training (e.g., Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Electrician) with further qualification in Quality Management.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Quality Management (ISO 9001) or Process Technology within electronics manufacturing.
- Professional experience in supporting quality processes along the product lifecycle.
- Experience in conducting structured root cause analyses and evaluating technical defects.
- Experience in supporting supplier and customer complaint and 8D processes.
- Experience in analyzing quality key figures and deriving process optimization measures.
- Experience in supporting quality assurance tasks in production.
- Experience in planning, documenting, and conducting internal quality audits.
- Experience in supporting the conception and execution of quality and ESD employee training.
