Job Summary
The Max Schlatterer GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join their team in Herbrechtingen, Germany. This role involves advising management on HR and labor law matters, coordinating and advancing HR processes with a focus on digitalization, and managing HR systems. You will also support leadership with modern HR tools, handle payroll and time management, conduct HR reporting, and collaborate across departments. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR, Business Administration, or Labor Law, at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in industrial production, and strong knowledge of HR systems (P&I LOGA, ATOSS preferred), social and labor law, and HR key figures. Education
Completed degree with a focus on HR, Business Administration, Labor Law, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in administration/payroll or a comparable position, ideally in an industrial production environment.

- Experience in coordinating and developing HR processes.
- Experience with HR systems and their optimization.
- Experience in HR reporting and analysis of HR key figures.
