Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to technically establish and operationally manage our RevOps foundation. In this role, you will independently oversee our entire Lead-to-Revenue infrastructure, from enrichment and outreach automation to CRM reporting, primarily working with HubSpot, Clay, and n8n. Key responsibilities include administering and optimizing HubSpot workflows, sequences, and lead scoring; setting up outreach automation using Clay and Apollo for multi-channel sequences; and building workflow automations with n8n/Make for CRM-ERP synchronization and other processes. You will also develop UTM and attribution concepts and create KPI dashboards for performance reporting. The ideal candidate has a C1+ German proficiency, demonstrable experience with HubSpot (Marketing and Sales Hub), Clay, and n8n/Make, and a solid understanding of B2B sales processes.
