Lead the digital transformation across nine state universities in Baden-Württemberg in this strategic, high-visibility role. You will be responsible for the overall management and strategic development of the bwUni.digital cooperation support unit, acting as a central interface for administrative IT process digitalization. This involves coordinating strategic advice, aligning IT systems, managing committees and working groups, and representing universities in key networks. The ideal candidate is a leader with a Master's degree or equivalent, extensive experience in digitalization, IT transformation, e-government, or public administration modernization, and proven success in managing complex, cross-organizational projects.
