Job Summary
NTI Nanofilm Europe is seeking an IT Specialist to manage and maintain their IT infrastructure, including network equipment (Sophos, Securepoint firewalls, switches), physical and virtual servers (VMware), and Microsoft Domain Control AD. You will provide crucial IT support to users across Europe, resolving technical issues, assisting with software and hardware installations, and troubleshooting problems via phone and Teams. This role also involves daily SAP support for modules like purchasing, inventory, and sales, acting as a project coordinator for IT initiatives, and ensuring endpoint security. The ideal candidate possesses a university degree in Computer Science or a related field, over 3 years of IT operations experience, and strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in German and advanced English is required.
