Job Summary
We are seeking an Electronics Technician for Security Systems to join our client in Munich. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of modern IT and communication (ITK) systems and their software applications. You will also conduct user training, provide technical consultations, document systems, and manage small projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate has a technical vocational background in electrical engineering or ITK, practical experience with telecommunication or ITK systems, and strong knowledge of network technology (WLAN, VoIP, routing, switching). Experience with CTI/UMS applications is a plus. This is an attractive opportunity to work in a growth-oriented environment with a secure, permanent position and a supportive team.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training, e.g., in electrical engineering, information technology, or communication technology, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience with telecommunication or ITK systems, including setup, maintenance, and adaptation of system components and applications.
- Profound knowledge in network technology (e.g., WLAN, VoIP, Routing, Switching) and its interaction with communication systems.
- Experience in analyzing and resolving technical issues within modern IT and communication solutions.
- Basic knowledge in system administration for Microsoft and Linux-based environments.
- Experience in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ITK systems and associated software applications.
- Experience in conducting user training and system introductions.
- Experience in technical consulting and identifying optimization possibilities.
- Experience in creating technical documentation.
- Experience in independently carrying out small projects from planning to implementation.
