Job Summary

Vogt-Plastic, a leader in sustainable plastic regranulates and compounds derived from the Yellow Sack recycling program, seeks an Application Technician for their Rheinfelden location. This role involves close collaboration with customers, the lab, and production to address technical challenges related to the use of their regranulates. You will contribute to building the customer base in packaging and other industries, identify and develop new markets, and drive product/process innovation. Key responsibilities include developing testing routines, interpreting measurement data (rheological, mechanical, toxicological), advising customers on compound usage, and creating customer-specific solutions. The position also requires staying abreast of technological advancements in plastic recycling, mechanical engineering, and analytics, participating in research collaborations, and representing the company externally through technical presentations and site visits.
