Job Summary
This role involves leading the HR service department, including personnel management and strategic development of HR processes. You will be the primary contact for departmental questions, leadership, and complex HR cases, ensuring consistency in workflows and addressing legal inquiries. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Law, Public Management, Administration, Finance) with a focus on HR, and prior leadership experience in HR administration or a similar area. You'll need strong knowledge of state and church tariff law, labor law, and service/pension regulations, with basic understanding of social security and tax law. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor of Laws (General Financial Administration), Bachelor of Arts (Public Management), Diploma in Public Administration (Diplom-Verwaltungswirt/in), Diploma in Finance (Diplom-Finanzwirt/in), or a comparable degree with a focus on Human Resources.
