Job Summary

The DB Services GmbH is seeking a motivated Master Technician or Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering to serve as a Technical Operations Manager at their Munich location. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting quality checks on systems, instructing and supervising employees and subcontractors, and verifying their qualifications. You will also adapt maintenance and inspection plans as needed, perform spot checks on work execution and documentation, and provide technical support to service area managers during system handovers. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed training as a Master Technician or Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering, ideally with several years of professional experience in the field. Strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills, along with a customer-oriented approach and excellent communication, are essential. A valid driver's license (Class B) is also required.
