Job Summary

Deutsche Bahn is seeking a Geodata Specialist for Railway Infrastructure (m/f/d) to join their team in Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers and technicians on infrastructure projects, focusing on the quality-assured transfer of railway geodata into a Geographic Information System (GIS) and its subsequent provision. You will be responsible for updating geometric and topological data, coordinating the return of clearance documentation, and contributing to the development of new methods for precise identification of clearance bottlenecks. The position also involves reporting and key performance indicator determination for railway geodata. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geodesy, Geoinformatics, or a related field, with strong GIS data processing skills. Experience with QGIS and FME is desirable.
