Job Summary
This role involves coordinating and resolving first-level IT support requests through various channels including a ticketing system, hotline, and direct inquiries. You will independently handle incidents and service requests, analyze, classify, and prioritize incoming tickets, and solve common user issues related to workplace IT. Complex issues will be escalated to the 2nd Level Support, with a focus on tracking and ensuring the quality of ticket resolution and maintaining the knowledge base. The position requires a structured, independent work style with strong prioritization and escalation skills, coupled with high service orientation and excellent communication abilities. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT, ideally as a System Integration Specialist (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Several years of experience in IT Support (1st Level) are desirable.
- Professional experience in IT, ideally as a System Integration Specialist (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with ticketing systems.
- Experience with basic network topics (e.g., DNS, VPN, Printers).
- Basic server administration knowledge is desirable.
