Job Summary

Join PFW Aerospace GmbH, a leading international aviation company, as a Metrology Technician at their Speyer facility. In this full-time role, you will perform essential measurement and testing activities, including selecting measurement programs and determining measuring tools. You will also create and execute measurement programs, document results, and conduct various inspections like surface, wall thickness, roughness, and conductivity tests. Your responsibilities will extend to optimizing measurement processes, ensuring measuring equipment availability, and collaborating closely with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams. This position requires a completed vocational training in a metalworking trade, ideally with a 2-year specialized training or extensive experience in machining. Proficiency in SAP R/3 and MS Office is expected, along with basic English language skills. Experience in metrology is a significant advantage, and shift work availability is necessary.
