Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on 1st and 2nd level support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include IT support and customer consultation, analyzing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. You will also administer Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, and cloud services, manage user accounts in Active Directory/Azure AD, and assist with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V. The role involves supporting firewall, VPN, and network infrastructures, as well as documenting and optimizing support processes. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education or extensive experience in IT support, with strong knowledge of Windows Server technologies, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualization solutions.   • Experience with virtualization solutions (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V)
  • Experience with modern network technologies (SD-WAN, VLAN, WLAN, Firewalls)
